Villa Asfiya is a 5-bedroom villa for rent with a capacity of 10 people, located in the Yeşilköy District of Kalkan, with a wide nature view and a spacious pool terrace in the nature. The interior of Villa Asfiya is spacious, comfortably decorated and made ready for you. The pool of our villa has a large pool terrace and has also been sheltered from its edges. It offers an ideal holiday option for large families and groups of friends.

Kitchen: The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, water dispenser, electric kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, includes a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, wifi. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2.000 TL is taken before entering the villa. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 4.000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00 noon. Our guests who are going to check out should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the departure of our current guest. From the check-out at 10:00 to the new entrance to be made at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest.

Transportation : Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land and with their own vehicles, location transfer and directions are requested by us.
