Villa Artena is a charming holiday villa located in the peaceful Sarıbelen region of Kalkan, featuring a beautiful stone design. It is an ideal choice for guests seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the city.

With 2 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 4 guests, the villa is perfect for small families and honeymoon couples. The spacious garden includes a private swimming pool, children’s pool, sun loungers, dining table, barbecue, foosball, and a mini playground.

One of the bedrooms also features a jacuzzi, adding extra comfort to your stay. Villa Artena offers a peaceful and enjoyable holiday experience surrounded by nature.

Kitchen : It has a fully equipped modern American kitchen. In this modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room : The living room with a view, created by considering all the details, has a sitting group designed for your comfort, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bath and toilet .

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet .

Pool Dimensions : 15 meters X 4.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note : A short stay fee of 4.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Artena is 5000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
