Villa Art is a one bedroom honeymoon villa built in the hills of Kalkan. This small and cozy home has great spa features. You can get rid of all your tiredness with Turkish Bath, Sauna and steam room. In our villa, which also has a cinema room, you can have an unforgettable holiday with your spouse for a long time.

Kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, pan & pots etc. in the modern American Kitchen. kitchen equipment, 4-person dining set.

Hall: The living room with sea and nature view has a modern and comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, TV, satellite receiver and modem for internet.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom, toilet.

It is 8 meters x 3 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating fee is 7.000 TL per week.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Art is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16.00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
