Villa Arslan Bey is located in the peaceful and natural Çavdır area of Kalkan. With 2 bedrooms, it accommodates up to 4 guests and is tastefully designed with modern and comfortable furnishings.

The villa features a garden with a traditional Turkish pavilion (köşk), children’s play area, foosball table, and cozy sitting spots. The pool terrace and garden are fully secluded with fencing for privacy. A private sauna adds extra comfort to your holiday.

Kitchen: The spacious and modern designed American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen equipment and a dinner set for 6 people.

Living Room: The comfortable living room has a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, dining table for 4 people, exit to the pool terrace and extra w/c.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters X 3.4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE : For rentals of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Arslan Bey is 4.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in Amerian Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The check-in time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
