Kitchen: All the facilities offered by modern technology are available in this kitchen. In this kitchen with an American structure, you can easily reach many kitchen equipment such as an oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery. In this way, you can cook your meals in the comfort of your home and eat your family meals comfortably.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern look and where the comfort level is kept at the highest level, has an ultra-luxury seating group, TV, coffee table, air conditioning for your family and guests. There is also a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: There is 1 single bed, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand.

Bedroom 3: There is 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, LCD TV, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: The pool in the villa is 13 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: The pool in the villa is 3 meters x 7 meters wide and 1.50 cm deep

Children’s Pool Dimensions: The pool in the villa is 3 meters x 3 meters wide and 30 cm deep

Garden: The pool in the garden is specially protected and cannot be seen from the outside in any way. In this way, you can have a safe holiday with your family. There are also 4 sun loungers, umbrellas, a garden seating group and barbecue areas in the garden area.

Maintenance: The maintenance of our villa is organized once a day (morning or evening). During this maintenance, the maintenance of your pool and garden in the villa is carried out by our cleaning staff.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4,500 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Note: Indoor Pool Heating Fee is 2,000 TL per day. You can use the underfloor heating system in our villa for 1500 TL per day

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Armen is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you leave. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important for you to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
