Villa Aristo is a private holiday villa located in the Ulugöl area of Kalkan, within the Kaş district of Antalya. With six bedrooms and accommodation for up to 12 guests, the villa is perfectly suited for large families and groups of friends.

The villa features a private swimming pool as well as a spacious garden, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy outdoor living. On the pool level, a comfortable seating area is provided, creating a pleasant space for socializing and unwinding throughout the day.

Hall : Our hall hosts a magnificent sea view. It is tastefully furnished with very comfortable furniture. There is a sitting group, TV, DVD, air conditioner, fireplace, WC and sink in our living room.

Kitchen : There is a modern type of American kitchen. In this modern American kitchen; refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 built-in cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dinner set for 12 people, dining table for 12 people, pans, pots etc.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 9.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Aristos is 10.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The check-in time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
