Villa Arinna 2, Our villa located in Kalkan Çavdır Region, the construction of which was completed in 2023, has 1 bedroom and an accommodation capacity for 2 people. There is a pool, sun loungers, sitting corner and dining table in the garden of our villa with nature view, which is sheltered by fences. There is a jacuzzi and a double bed in one of the bedrooms of our villa, which is decorated with modern and high quality furniture. Our villa is 15 km from Gizlikent, Saklıkent Waterfall’ Nature Parks with its magnificent location. It is also 3 km from Xhantos Ancient City. You can safely rent our modern villa with the newest architecture, with the opportunity of early reservation and reasonable price, from the address of kalkanvilla.org.

Kitchen : The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room:  The bright and spacious living room has a seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Arinna 2 is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, new guests check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
