Kitchen: The American-style kitchen of Villa Arı Yeşilköy is designed with comfort and usability in mind. The kitchen is equipped in a way that will not miss your home kitchen. There are all the facilities such as refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, modern stove, oven, fast water heater, toaster, spacious dining table, stylish dinner set and cooking utensils. Villa Arı Yeşilköy’s kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals and experience the comfort of home on your holiday.

Living Room: Villa Arı Yeşilköy’s modern and luxuriously designed living room is considered the center of comfort and entertainment. The stylish and comfortable seating group offers the perfect place for long conversations or relaxation. A large TV and DVD player maximize entertainment, while air conditioners always provide the ideal temperature and you can stay connected to the world thanks to internet access. A special feature of the living room is that it offers access to the pool terrace. In this way, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces disappear and you can enjoy your holiday in both areas.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is one double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 2 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions : 3 meters x 2 meters wide, 0.90 meters deep. Indoor Pool Heating Fee is 1,000 TL per day.

NOTE: For accommodations under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3,500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Arı Yeşilköy is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check out. According to the terms of your deposit refund, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who use private vehicles.
