Villa Arhan is a sea view rental villa with a private pool, located in the Kışla area of Kalkan. It features 5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which will not miss the kitchen of your home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, which has a modern and luxurious design, has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 8,000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Arhan is 15.000 TL  This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be re-allocated to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
