Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner hob, dinnerware, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, with its colorful and comfortable design, includes amenities such as a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, and a dining table. This area has been carefully designed for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 4: Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.30 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 7,500 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Ares Kaş is 10,000 TL. This damage deposit is collected before your arrival and refunded upon departure. The deposit refund conditions apply if there is no damage, loss, or breakage of any items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to use paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
