Villa Ardıç  is a stylish and comfortable rental villa located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, offering breathtaking sea and town views. With 3 bedrooms and accommodation capacity for up to 6 guests, it is an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends.

The private rectangular pool offers a spacious and relaxing swimming area. Thoughtfully decorated with modern touches, Villa Ardıç invites guests to enjoy an unforgettable holiday experience with its comfort, central location, and stunning views of Kalkan.

Kitchen: The stylish and modern American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, dining table, cooking utensils and appliances.

Living Room: The living room with a view has a comfortable seating area, TV, air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, dressing table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: There are two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 6.000 TL is requested for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Ardıç is 10,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you check out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of the damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
