Villa Aras Islamlar is a 2-bedroom villa for rent with a capacity of 4 people, located in the Kalkan Islamlar Region, in the nature. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and has also been made enjoyable for you. The pool terrace and garden are sheltered and there is table tennis. Villa Aras Islamlar is an ideal option for honeymoon fences and groups of 4 friends or families.

Kitchen : There is an American kitchen with modern lines. Everything you need in this kitchen is at hand. You can easily reach many kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinnerware.

Living Room : In this very comfortable living room, you can access facilities such as a TV, coffee table, air conditioner, together with a luxury sitting group. There is also an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, a balcony, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

Note : A cleaning fee of 2.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Aras Islamlar is 4.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information: Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16.00. Our guest check-out time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. For our guests who will come after you, our villa is cleaned and delivered in detail.

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center, in a structure intertwined with nature. In this situation, unfortunately, public transportation service support cannot be provided to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to support our guests who want to transfer or rent a car. For our guests who will prefer the airline, the closest airport to the location of our villas is the Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
