Villa Araf is a peaceful holiday villa located in the Üzümlü region, surrounded by nature. Situated in Kalkan, our villa, with a capacity for 4 people, is an ideal option for conservative families and honeymoon couples.

Villa Araf, notable for its quiet, calm, and peaceful atmosphere, offers a pleasant holiday opportunity for guests who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Located in nature, our villa offers both privacy and comfort.

Specially designed for families with children, our villa includes a children’s playground, slide, swing, basketball hoop, and activity table. This provides a fun and relaxing holiday environment for both adults and children.

Villa Araf is the perfect choice for guests who want to spend a calm and comfortable holiday accompanied by the tranquility of nature.

Kitchen: The American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-burner hob, dinnerware, pans, pots, and cutlery.

Living Room: The living room, with its colorful and comfortable design, includes amenities such as a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, and a dining table. This area has been carefully designed for guests to relax and enjoy their time.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 3,000 TL is charged for rentals shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Araf is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before your arrival at the villa and refunded upon departure. The deposit refund conditions stipulate that there should be no damage, loss, or broken items in the villa during your stay. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds, and/or Euros, equivalent to the deposit amount, based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM, and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will share location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
