Villa Anetos

Villa Anetos, our villa with a jacuzzi and nature view located in the Sarıbelen District of Kalkan has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms. Our villa, which has an admirable design with its elegant and tasteful wooden decorations, has managed to become the favorite of our conservative families and honeymoon couples with its large garden and sheltered pool terrace. There is a pool, sun loungers, parasols, a sitting corner, barbecue and pergola in the large garden of our villa where you can spend time with pleasure. A quiet and peaceful holiday away from the noise of the city with your loved ones and family awaits you at Villa Anetos.

Kitchen: The American kitchen section offers electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room : The modern and comfortable living room has a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, TV, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds (can be combined), air conditioner, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, TV, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Shallow Pool Dimensions: It is 2.5 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 0.30 meters deep.

Garden: There is a barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, dining table, swing and pergola.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Note : A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Anetos is 4.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time is determined as 16:00 at noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning in each of our villas. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
