Villa Anatolia is a 5-bedroom villa for rent with a capacity of 10 people, with sea view, located in Kalkan Kalamar Region. With its modern and luxurious comfortable design, Villa Anatolia is in the most popular area of Kalkan, and at the same time, it provides you with a pleasant holiday experience with its pool terrace and bedrooms with sea views. There are 4 double beds and 2 single beds in our villa, there is a special gym for sports enthusiasts, and there is a private elevator in the parking lot of Villa Anatolia, which has a private indoor car park, to reach the building floor from the indoor car park. It provides a pleasant holiday opportunity for your family and friend groups with its unique sea view.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils in the American kitchen, which is dominated by wood.

Living Room:  The bright and spacious modern living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, make-up table, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located in the basement.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, make-up table, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located on the ground floor.

3. Bedroom: There is a double bed, make-up table, bedside table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located on the 1st floor.

4. Bedroom: There are two single beds, make-up table, nightstand, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located on the 1st floor.

5. Bedroom: There is a double bed, make-up table, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It is located on the 1st floor.

Pool Dimensions: It is 10 meters X 5.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Note : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.000 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Anatolia is 7,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
