Villa Amor

Villa Amor is a rental villa located in the area of ​​Islamlar, Kalkan. The villa, which started to serve in the 2020 summer season, attracts attention with its wooden architecture and authentic design.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, whose interior design was designed using wooden materials, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and 8-person dinnerware.

Living Room: The living room, which has a view of the pool and nature, has a sofa set, dining table for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning in the room. There is a private jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: The room has 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning. There is a private bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions

It is 8 meters x 4 meters wide and 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE : There is a short stay fee of 1.500 TL for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 2.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
