With 2 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate 4 people, our villa offers a private experience for our conservative guests thanks to its secluded pool area.

Our villa features luxurious amenities such as a private swimming pool, an indoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a sauna, and a cinema room. The spacious and peaceful garden with nature views includes sun loungers, a dining table, a seating area, and a barbecue.

The modernly furnished interior living area is designed to meet all basic needs. One of the bedrooms has a jacuzzi, offering relaxation and comfort throughout your holiday.

Villa Alyans Sarıbelen’s kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals and experience the comforts of home during your vacation.

Living Room: Villa Alyans Sarıbelen’s modern and luxuriously designed living room is conceived as the center of comfort and entertainment. The stylish and comfortable seating provides the perfect space for long conversations or relaxation. A large TV and DVD player maximize entertainment, while air conditioning ensures a constant ideal temperature, and internet access allows you to stay connected with the world. A special feature of the living room is its access to the pool terrace. This eliminates the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in both areas.

NOTE: A short-stay fee of 4,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

NOTE: Indoor pool heating fee is 1,000 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Alyans Sarıbelen is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be refunded to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or car rentals can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
