Villa Alya

Villa Alya is a 2-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 4 people, located in nature in Kalkan İkizce Region. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and comfortable manner in accordance with the stone and wooden architecture, and there is 1 double bed and 2 single beds in the bedroom. The pool terrace of Villa Alya has been surrounded by curtains and at the same time, the front part of the pool has been sheltered with a curtain system. Villa Alya provides an ideal holiday opportunity for families of 4 or groups of friends and honeymoon couples with its private swimming pool, barbecue area and seating area opposite the pool.

Living Room: Furnished with a modern and minimal design, the living room has a seating group, air conditioning, TV and coffee table. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Kitchen: The fully equipped and useful American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: For rentals under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 5.000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during the use period. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
