Villa Alva Donna Exclusive is located in the Patara area of Kalkan and offers breathtaking nature and sea views. Situated in a peaceful area far from the noise of the city, the villa has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends. The garden features a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, seating area, dining table, and a swing – perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. Inside the modernly designed villa, there is also a sauna and a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms. Villa Alva Donna Exclusive promises a comfortable and unforgettable holiday experience.

Kitchen : The American kitchen, which has a complete and modern design that you will feel in your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room :  The modern designed living room includes a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Note : A short stay fee of 10.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit fee requested for Villa Alva Donna Exclusive is 10.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The arrival time of new guests in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
