Villa Altan Bezirgan is a 2-bedroom villa for rent with a capacity of 4 people in the nature, located in the Bezirgan Region of Kalkan. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way with wooden details and it has been made ready for your holiday. Villa Altan Sarıbelen is an ideal holiday option for families of 4 people and groups of friends.

Kitchen: In this American kitchen, you can easily access many kitchen equipment such as oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery.

Living Room: The modern-looking living room, where the comfort level is kept at the highest level, and an ultra-luxury sitting group, TV, coffee table, air conditioner are available for your family and guests. There is also a transition from the lounge to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, nightstand, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet.

2.Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioner, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: It is 7.6 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Maintenance: The maintenance of our villa is organized once a day (morning or evening). In this maintenance, the maintenance of your pool and garden in the villa is done by our cleaning staff.

Note:A cleaning fee of 1.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: Our requested deposit fee for Villa Altan Sarıbelen is 1.500 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
