Villa Alkın is a private, triplex holiday villa located in the Akbel region of Kalkan, one of Turkey’s most popular holiday destinations. With 5 bedrooms and a capacity to accommodate up to 11 people, the villa is ideal for large families and groups wishing to holiday together.

Villa Alkın, notable for its panoramic sea and nature views, has been carefully designed for guests who want to spend their holidays in a peaceful environment away from prying eyes. The sheltered private swimming pool offers a comfortable and safe holiday experience, especially for conservative families.

The jacuzzi in the villa adds a pleasant and relaxing touch to your holiday, allowing you to create unforgettable moments while enjoying drinks and watching the sunset with your loved ones in the evening. With tables and chairs by the pool, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and a barbecue area, Villa Alkın promises a special holiday experience that combines comfort and stunning views.

Kitchen: The spacious, airy, and modernly designed American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, four-burner hob, pots and pans, and a dinner set for 10 people.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for 8 people. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 4: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.65 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions: 2 meters x 2 meters wide, 0.60 meters deep.

Note: A short-stay fee of 7,500 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Alkın is 15,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time for new guests in each villa is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests who wish to arrange paid transfers or rent a car can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
