Villa Alis, in Kalkan Akbel has a spacious plot and offers its guests a stylish and modern design. In the villa you will find a sauna, a cinema and a whirlpool. Outside there is a table tennis, table football, a large swimming pool with a children’s pool, a whirlpool and a shallow sitting pool.

Kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, etc...

Living room: Sitting area, satellite TV, air conditioning, dining area for 6 persons, WC, access to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1: En-suite room with double bed, balcony with sea view, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, Jacuzzi, sauna, air conditioning and bathroom.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3: En-suite room with double bed, sea view, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioning and bathroom.

Pool area: sunbeds, parasols, BBQ and dining area.

Dimensions of the pool: length: 14 m, width: 4,5 m, depth: 1,55 m.

Children’s pool length: 2 m, width: 2 m depth: 80 cm.

NOTE: For short stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3.500 TL is requested.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 5.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
