Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, oven, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, cups. .

Living Room : There are air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, iron and ironing board, sink in the living room and there is an exit to the pool. The hall is on the pool floor.

Pool Dimensions: 10 Meters X 3.50 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

Kids Pool Dimensions: 1.20 Meters x 1.20 Meters, 0.30 Meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 8,000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

The daily rate for the indoor heated pool is 1,400 TL.

Bail Conditions: A securtiy deposit of TL 15.000 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to run smoothly.
