Villa Alca Patara

Villa Alca Patara is a 2-bedroom, 4-person, conservative villa for rent in wooden architecture bungalow style located in Kalkan Patara Region. The interior of Villa Alca Patara has been designed with modern furniture and the pool terrace and garden are sheltered. Our villa is an ideal option for honeymooners and nuclear families.

Kitchen : Fully equipped, modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room: The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom : There are two single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a bathroom and a toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Alca Patara is 2.500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
