With a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the villa offers accommodation for up to 10 people, providing comfortable lodging for large groups.

The villa’s pool terrace is designed for enjoying pleasant moments with loved ones. Stylish garden furniture surrounding the private swimming pool provides an ideal area for relaxation, while the barbecue area allows for enjoyable meals with large groups. The view visible from the glass doors of the living room and many of the villa’s rooms ensures peaceful and enjoyable moments throughout your holiday.

Offering direct access to the garden from the modern living area, Villa Al Nuzha offers a lifestyle where you can start your day by the pool and enjoy the view throughout the day. Combining comfort, spaciousness, and functional design, the villa awaits guests who want to experience an unforgettable holiday.

Kitchen: The spacious, airy, and modernly designed American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, four-burner hob, pots and pans, and a dinner set for 10 people.

Living Room: The living room features a seating area, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet, air conditioning, and a dining table for 10 people. There is access to the pool terrace from the living room.

Bedroom 1: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 3: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 4: One double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 10,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The required deposit for Villa Al Nuzha is 10,000 TL. This amount will be allocated to you before your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. According to the deposit refund conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or loss from your deposit. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros at the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Each villa has a check-in time of 4 PM and a check-out time of 10 AM for new guests. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our private cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our next guests. Villas are ready for new guests at 4 PM.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation is not available. Guests who wish to arrange a paid transfer or car rental can request assistance from our sales consultants. For guests who prefer air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants will provide location information and directions for guests arriving by private vehicle.
