Our villa has 4 bedrooms, all of which are suites, and is extremely suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our villa is 2 km from Kalkan center and only 4 km from the sea. Standing out with its structure carrying the elegance of modern architecture, our villa also has a special sitting area, jacuzzi, sauna room and Turkish bath on the terrace floor where you can spend time with pleasure. Thanks to this special area, you will enjoy not only the view but also the comfort during your holiday.

Villa Akik, which offers a unique option for honeymoon couples, those looking for a conservative holiday and guests who want a luxurious accommodation experience, opens the doors to a privileged holiday.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, equipped with extremely modern and technological equipment, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, island kitchen, kettle, toaster, tea maker, dining table and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The modern living room with high ceilings, sea and nature views has a comfortable seating group, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 5,000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Akik is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your check-in and will be returned to you when you leave. According to the terms of refund of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, breakage or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Entry and Exit Information: Our guest entry hours to our villas are determined as 16:00. Our guest exit time from our villas is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly ask you to make your plans according to the specified hours. Our villas are cleaned in detail and delivered for our guests who will come after you.

Transportation: Our villas are located far from the city center and in a structure intertwined with nature. Unfortunately, this situation does not provide public transportation service to the location of our villas. Our sales consultants are ready to provide support for our guests who want to rent a car or a paid transfer. For our guests who will prefer air transportation, the closest airport to the location of our villas is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our consultants share location information for our guests who come with their private vehicles.
