Located in the scenic Kördere area of Kalkan, Villa Akça is a spacious and stylish villa with 7 bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests – ideal for large families or groups of friends.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, designed with highly technological equipment, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinner set and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The spacious and modern living room has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning and wireless internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a shared bathroom.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a shared bathroom.

6th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom.

7th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is a private bathroom.

Pool Dimensions:

10.5 meters x 5 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep. There is a children’s pool on the terrace.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3.5 meters x 2.5 meters wide, 0.90 meters deep.

Note: A short stay fee of 10.000 TL is requested for accommodations under 7 nights.

        If heating is requested for the Indoor Pool, there is a daily fee of 2,000 TL.

Deposit Procedure: Our deposit fee requested for Villa Akca is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your check-in and will be allocated back to you when you check-out. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there should be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of any damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount on that day.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guest check-in time for each villa is determined as 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
