Villa Akça, Kalkan Kördere Mevkikis located in one of our rental villas. 7 bedrooms for 14 people. Each room has an en suite bathroom. The large floor balcony features a jacuzzi. The large private terrace and pool are suitable for families and friends. There is a heated pool on the lower floor of the garden terrace. Spacious and large American kitchen.

Kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-hob, electric kettle, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses, dining table and chairs are available.

Pool Dimensions: 10,5 m X 5 m, Depth: 1,55 m. There is also a children’s pool.

Note : A short stay fee of 7000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Between 01 June - 30 September, pool heating is not included in the prices. If heating is requested during this period, a heating fee is charged.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 3000TL is required prior to arrival at the villa. This damage deposit will be refunded to you upon departure. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide pre-assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Instead of your payment, 3000 TL; It is possible to pay US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-In and Check-Out: New villas can check-in at noon from 16:00. If you are going to depart, you should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service is not available. The nearest airport for our guests coming by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will arrive by land and their own vehicles, we can send you location and directions if requested.
