Villa Akça Kaş is a 4-bedroom rental villa with a capacity of 8 people, located in the nature of Kaş Çukurbağ Region. The interior of our villa is designed in a modern and comfortable way and is specially designed for 8 people. Villa Akça Kaş's bedrooms have 3 double beds, 2 single beds, and 1 jacuzzi in 1 bedroom, and each room has a WC and a bathroom. Our villa's pool terrace provides an ideal holiday opportunity for families of 8 people or groups of friends with its sheltered nature view, private swimming pool, seating area, barbecue area and swing.

Kitchen: The fully equipped modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living Room: The spacious living room, dominated by blue and orange color tones, includes a comfortable seating group, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver, dining table and air conditioning. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There is a double bed, balcony, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Note: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2,000 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Akça Kaş is 5,000 TL. The damage deposit is collected before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the deposit return conditions, there should be no damage, loss, lost or broken items in the villa during the use period. You can make your payment in American Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros, based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our newly arrived guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
