Fencing and a curtain system have been used to increase privacy around the outdoor area. The curtain positioned in front of the pool can be opened or closed according to guests’ preferences, allowing greater flexibility over privacy and the surrounding views.

The spacious outdoor area features sun loungers, parasols, comfortable garden seating, an outdoor dining table, and a barbecue area. Guests can spend sunny Mediterranean days beside the pool and enjoy relaxed outdoor meals and barbecues with family and friends.

The stylish interior of Villa Akasya is complemented by an excellent range of private wellness facilities. The villa features a jacuzzi, sauna, traditional Turkish bath, and heated indoor swimming pool, creating an inviting environment for relaxation throughout your stay. Kitchen : Fully equipped, modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Living Room : The living room with a view designed for your comfort has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, DVD player. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Note : A short stay fee of 5.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

The daily fee for using the sauna and Turkish bath is 10,000 TL.

Deposit Procedure : Deposit fee requested for Villa Akasya is 8,000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
