Villa Ada is one of our Mahafazakar Rental Villas in Kalkan Kördere Mevkin. Villa Ada is for 6 people with 3 bedrooms. Our villa welcomes you with an extremely modern and stylish design. There are 2 pools in our villa. The indoor pool and the outside pool feature a Jacuzzi. Our villa’s garden terrace is sheltered.

Kitchen: Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 6-stove, electric kettle, pot and pan set, dinner set, spoon-fork set and glasses.

Hall: Nature View, Seating Group, Satellite TV (LCD), Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning, Dining Table for 6, WC & Washbasin Pool, Pool Terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet, jacuzzi.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe and bathroom toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 4 Meters X 10 Meters, 1.60 Meters deep.

Kids Pool Dimensions: 2.80 Meters X 2.50 Meters, 0.80 Meters Depth.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 2.80 Meters X 2.65 Meters, 1 Meter Depth.

NOTE :  Our villa is open throughout the year.

For short stays of less than 7 nights, there is a short stay fee of 3.000 TL.

Pool heating fee is 1.000 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is collected before entering the villa. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa in the event of any damage, broken-dull, loss and loss. Instead of paying 5000 TL; Based on current exchange rates, it is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, equivalent to this amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in at 16:00 at noon. Our guests to check out should check out at 10:00. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team is entering the villa with the presence of our current guest. From the exit at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is fully cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are fully detached villas, public transportation services cannot be provided. The closest airport for our guests who come by air is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we kindly request you to take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. If location request and directions are requested for our guests coming by land and with their own vehicles, they are made by us.
