Villa Ace, Our villa located in Kalkan Kızıltaş region, which promises an unforgettable holiday to our valued guests with both its air and scenery, has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 8 people. You will be able to find everything you are looking for in Villa Ace, which is the special choice of large family and friend groups. There is a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, swing, sitting corner and dining table in the garden of our villa, which hosts a unique view. You will not want to leave Villa Ace, which attracts attention with its fascinating sunset view. You can rent our villa, which is located 2 kilometers from the sea, markets, restaurants and entertainment venues, from the address kalkanvilla.org.

Kitchen :  The fully equipped American kitchen, which will look like your home kitchen, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room, where you can watch the Kalkan Village and its Bay without interruption, has a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, dining table for 8 people and air conditioning. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

Note: For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1,500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Ace is 2.000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost property in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost property in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate of the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
