KalkanVilla.org acts as an agent on behalf of the owner of the accommodation on our website. Your contract is with KalkanVilla.org. This contract includes all the following conditions. By making a reservation, the customer (hereinafter referred to as the tenant) accepts the terms and conditions of the contract.
You can make your reservation on KalkanVilla.org using the reservation form on our website, by phone and/or by e-mail.
The tenant must be at least 18 years old and must have the right to make a reservation based on these reservation conditions for all persons named in the reservation. By confirming the reservation details with KalkanVilla.org, the tenant confirms that he/she is authorized and that all group members agree to abide by the reservation conditions.
The tenant is responsible for making all payments to KalkanVilla.org. When you receive a reservation document from KalkanVilla.org, you must pay the advance payment, which can be refunded up to 30 days before the reservation, by bank transfer or credit card, in the amount of 15% to 35% of the rental fee. The remaining balance of your reservation must be paid in cash, bank transfer or credit card on the day your accommodation starts or the following day, depending on the reservation document. You can make your reservation using the http://www.Kalkanvilla.org reservation form on our website. Reservations will be saved as reserved for you for 24 hours until your advance payment / full payment is received. If your payment is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will automatically end.
Reservations made by persons under the age of 18 are not valid. We reserve the right to reject a reservation without giving a reason.
The rental fees stated on our website are daily or weekly (7 nights). The deposit can be paid via credit card payment system or by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts.
CANCELLATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellations made up to 30 days before your reservation, the total amount will be refunded in full. If the reservation is less than 30 days away, your prepayment or full payment will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event that changes and cancellations need to be initiated by us, we will inform you as soon as possible and will try to arrange alternative accommodation of a similar type, standard and location upon your request.
If alternative accommodation is not available or acceptable, we will refund all payments made in full and without any further obligation.
All reservations that need to be cancelled due to global epidemics such as Covid-19 (Corona Virus) may also be refunded in full.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Accommodation, goods transportation, vehicle rental, food and beverage supply that must be made on a specific date or period in accordance with Article 15 (g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation prepared based on Articles 48 and 84 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts relating to the use of leisure time for entertainment or recreation.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
You may move into your accommodation from 16:00 on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to leave your accommodation no later than 10:00 on your departure day. If an early departure is required, the Kalkanvilla.org team must be notified 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to check the property and its contents for any damage as soon as possible. If this is not possible by the time you leave due to relatively short delivery times, we will refund the deposit you have paid after checking for damage as soon as possible using the payment method you requested.
If the tenant leaves the accommodation of their own volition before the departure date, no refund will be made.
NUMBER OF GUESTS USING THE PROPERTY
Unless otherwise arranged, only the persons named at the time of booking may use the accommodation without prior agreement. The maximum number of people staying in the house cannot be exceeded. The landlord has the right to cancel the rental without prior notice and without refund if numbers are exceeded.
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA COSTS
Final cleaning is included in the total price. For a stay of more than 2 weeks the accommodation will be cleaned weekly and bed linen and towels will be changed. If the guest wishes additional cleaning, this will be charged at additional cost. We kindly ask you to grant our staff admission to the regular maintenance of the pool, garden and other facilities at the appropriate time. Electricity, water, gas, internet connection and the use of air conditioning are included in the prices unless otherwise stated on our website.
PETS / SMOKING
Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in our villas/apartments. All our villas/apartments are smoke-free indoors.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The tenant must pay a security deposit before the start of the rental period. The amount varies depending on the property and will be communicated to you with the booking confirmation. The amount of the respective deposit can be found on our website in the villa description. The security deposit must be paid in cash at the latest on the day of arrival at your rental home. In the case of a early departure and/or in the case that a damage check prior to the departure departure of the guest is not possible, we will refund the deposit as soon as possible on the payment method of the guests choice. Damages exceeding the deposit amount are to be paid by the tenant. In case of non-payment we reserve the right to take legal action.
LIABILITY
KalkanVilla.org is responsible for the punctual delivery of the accommodation to the tenant in a clean and ready for occupancy condition. In case of damage, non-functioning and/or missing equipment or objects after taking over the accommodation, the tenant is responsible to inform KalkanVilla.org immediately. KalkanVilla.org will inform the owner of the accommodation and ensure that any damage or lack of equipment will be repaired within 48 hours. The owner of the property is responsible for the removal of damage or missing of equipment. KalkanVilla.org is not liable for defects that were not reported in time. KalkanVilla.org is a mediator between the owner of the property and the tenant. Therefore the owner of the property is responsible for the removal of damage or missing of equipment. KalkanVilla.org is not liable for accidents, illnesses, injuries, drowning in the pool, death, theft, burglary and force majeure.
KalkanVilla.org is not responsible for any problems that may arise from a third party service. For example (travel to/from accommodation, shopping, food, drinks, entertainment, transportation, tours, travel, consultations).
Retroactive complaints for the duration of the stay are not refundable.
LIABILITY OF THE TENANT
The tenant is responsible to use the accommodation, the furniture, objects, the pool, the garden furniture with care. The tenant is responsible to leave all used utensils clean. On the day of departure, the garbage must be disposed of and the remaining crockery and cutlery washed. In cases where the accommodation is left more dirty than normal, KalkanVilla.org will charge a cleaning fee and deduct it from the deposit.
In the event of damage to the accommodation, the tenant is responsible to inform KalkanVilla.org immediately. Any damage during the stay and loss of property will be deducted from the deposit.
In addition, the tenant and fellow travellers are requested to observe the usual rules of conduct. Noise nuisance, loud music are not permitted. The tenant
and the fellow travellers must abide by the laws and rules of conduct of the host country.
The person signing the contract is responsible for the proper and decent behaviour of the group. If you or a member of the contract group does not comply with the general rules, the landlord and/or KalkanVilla.org may, at its discretion and without refund, ask you and the group to vacate the property.
The tenant is responsible to read and sign the rental agreement of KalkanVilla.org before handing over the keys; if he/she does not comply with this obligation, KalkanVilla.org will cancel the booking, retain all payments made so far and refuse entry to the property. The rental contract can be requested in advance.
HIGHER FORCE
In the event of force majeure, KalkanVilla.org may unilaterally terminate this contract without legal liability. War in the region or in the country, danger of war, riots, strikes, natural disasters, fires, terrorist threats, epidemics, technical problems in transportation, infrastructure and infrastructure works of municipalities or public institutions, which KalkanVilla.org cannot prevent. The bans of state authorities in the region and all incidents that are not foreseeable and develop outside our control are assessed in the context of force majeure.
RECLAMATIONS
The tenant must inform KalkanVilla.org immediately of any problems or defects in the accommodation. The subject of the complaint will be examined by KalkanVilla.org staff and the necessary measures will be taken immediately. KalkanVilla.org cannot be held responsible for any complaints and/or claims made after the end of the stay.
PRIVACY POLICY
KalkanVilla.org does not share any personal information with any company or third party except as set forth in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
KalkanVilla.org never sells personal information of visitors, registered users and partners to third parties like personal data; name, address, telephone number, E-mail address.
KalkanVilla.org will use personal data to process the user profile within its own structure, conduct statistical studies and share with third parties only for the purpose of conducting these studies.
KalkanVilla.org undertakes to treat personal information as strictly confidential, to treat it as confidential, to protect all or part of the confidential information in the public domain or from unauthorized use, or to take the necessary measures to prevent its disclosure to third parties.
Although KalkanVilla.org takes all necessary measures for information security, KalkanVilla.org is not responsible for cyber attacks on the website and the system and/or the case that data falls into the hands of third parties.

Antalya’s law enforcement authorities and courts shall have jurisdiction in disputes relating to the matters covered by this Agreement.
BY BOOKING AN ACCOMMODATION AT KalkanVilla.org, THE TENANT AGREES WITH THE STATED RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, kalkanvilla.org RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO TERMINATE THE RESERVATION AND DENY SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND.
