La Mer Deluxe Apartments

Villa La Mer Deluxe is a luxurious 2-bedroom villa located in Kördere, Kalkan, offering a capacity for 4 guests. Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, this duplex villa is ideal for small families or honeymooners, featuring a heated indoor pool, spa suite, Turkish bath, sauna, and gym – perfect for a relaxing holiday all year round.

The villa’s living room is flooded with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, and the master suite includes a jacuzzi and direct access to the indoor pool, creating a private spa-like ambiance. Underfloor heating provides winter comfort, while air-conditioning keeps you cool in summer.

Villa La Mer Deluxe is just a 6-minute drive to Kalkan centre and 15 minutes from the famous Kaputaş Beach. For larger groups, it can be rented together with the adjacent Villa La Mer Azur, accommodating up to 12 people.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with belanco counter, electric oven, microwave oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The dining table is for four people.

Living room: Living area and 49 ”Smart TV with English / German / Russian / Turkish channels, DVD player and music system are available. There is a bioethanol fireplace in the living room.

1st Bedroom: The master / honeymoon room is decorated with a honeymoon concept and has a garden view. The room has a large size (180cmx200cm) double bed with mosquito net. There is a 32 ”Led TV showing local and foreign channels in the bedroom.

The bathroom in the room has a jacuzzi and a rain shower. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The room size including the bathroom is 28 m³.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds of 100cmx200cm that can be joined. There is a 32 ”Led TV showing local and foreign channels in the bedroom. Room size is 12m³.

The bathroom, located directly opposite the room, has a rain shower. The room size including the bathroom is 25m³. Bathroom size is 5 m³.

Indoor Pool, Sports Hall and Spa Area: The indoor pool surrounded by glass, which can be completely sheltered, and the heated pool in the spa area have turbo massage engines. Its dimensions are 7.5 meters x 2.50 meters and its depth is 130 cm.

There is a relaxation area with covered sun loungers by the pool. In addition, there is an open terrace of 12m and an exit to the sunbathing area.

There are treadmills, bicycles and sports weights in this section.

NOTE: 

Short-stay fee of 4,800 TL will be charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.

House heating and pool heating are included in the price during the winter months of November 1st - December 31st and January 1st - April 30th. Pool heating will be off during the rest of the summer months.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 6.000 TL is required before check-in for La Mer Deluxe Apartments. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss or loss. Instead of 6.000 TL for your payment; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each villa from 16:00 in the afternoon. Our guests who will leave must check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team enters the villa when our current guest leaves. From the departure at 10:00 until the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests coming by air, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we ask you to take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental may request support from our sales consultants. For our guests coming by land and their own vehicles, we send the location and directions if requested.
