Die Villa verfügt über ein modernes und komfortables Interieur. Die zu 95 % geschützte Poolterrasse sorgt für Privatsphäre und Ruhe.

Der Garten bietet einen privaten Swimmingpool, eine Sitzecke, einen Grillbereich und eine Schaukel, ideal zum Entspannen im Freien.

Kitchen: The American kitchen, which is similar to the kitchen at home, includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware and cooking utensils.

Living Room: The living room has a modern and luxurious design and includes a comfortable seating area, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet. There is a passage from the living room to the pool terrace.
 

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

 

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3.5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep.

Children’s Pool Dimensions:2,10 Metra X 1,10 Metro ist 0,40 Meter tief


 

NOTE: For stays under 7 nights, a short stay fee of 4,500 TL is requested.

Deposit Procedure: Our required deposit fee for Villa Xanadu is 5,000 TL. This fee will be allocated to you before your entry and will be allocated back to you when you exit. According to the return conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged or lost items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will have to allocate the cost of damage, broken or lost items in the villa from your deposit fee. You can pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds or Euros based on the current exchange rate.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: In each of our villas, the check-in time for new guests is 16.00 at noon and the check-out time is 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service is not available. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air travel, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.
