Yiğit Duo Aparments

Yiğit Duo Aparments are among our rental apartments within walking distance to entertainment venues, markets, restaurants and the sea in the center of Kalkan. Yiğit Duo Apartments is located on the second floor of the building and has one bedroom and an American kitchen. It is tastefully furnished and offers couples a romantic holiday and a unique jacuzzi pleasure. You can choose for an unforgettable holiday that you will not get enough of the view of Kalkan Bay. If the number of people to stay will be more than four, the number of people can be increased to 6 by renting the Yiğit Apartments on the ground floor.

Living Room : There is a sitting group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table in the living room.

Kitchen : Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

1st Bedroom : 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom : 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

Common Pool Dimensions : The common swimming pool dimensions of our apartment are 7 meters x 3.50 meters, depth 1.45 - 1.80 meters.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 600 TL is required for stays under 5 nights.

Deposit Procedure : A damage deposit of 1.000 TL is required before check-in for Yiğit Aparments. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss or loss. Your payment, instead of 1.000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information : New guests can enter each villa from 16:00 in the afternoon. Our guests who will leave must check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our private cleaning team enters the villa when our current guest leaves. From the departure at 10:00 until the new entrance at 16:00, our villa will be completely cleaned for our new guest.

Transportation : Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests coming by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport, we ask you to take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who request paid service for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests coming by land or with their own vehicles, location sending and directions are made by us if requested.
