Villa Yusef is a 3 bedroom conservative villa located in Kalkan Kördere area. It has sea and nature views and has a sheltered pool terrace. It has been carefully decorated with modern and comfortable furniture and all details are considered for you, your guests. It offers an unforgettable holiday opportunity with your family and friends.

Kitchenware: American-style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining table, oven, 5-stove, microwave oven, water dispenser, kettle, 6-person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, cutlery.

Living Room: There is a modern sofa set, a coffee table, a TV. There is a TV unit, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 3.50 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

NOTE: For rentals of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2.500 TL is required.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit requested for Villa Yusef is 5.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
