Villa Yeniköy 

Villa Yeniköy is an ideal holiday villa for honeymoon couples with its unique view and jacuzzi located in the Akbel region of Antalya Kalkan. This villa, which has 1 bedroom, can accommodate 2 people. The surrounding of the pool inside is sheltered and designed so that it cannot be seen from the outside. For this reason, it is suitable for our honeymoon couples as well as our conservative families. In the garden of our villa with magnificent sea and nature views, there is a pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a seating corner and a dining table. You can watch the blue of the sea and the red of the sky at sunset from our villa.

For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 1.250 TL is required.

For all our Honeymoon Couples, breakfast will be provided free of charge every day at the restaurant on site between 1 May and 31 October.

• Pet fee is 1500 TL. Maximum 1 pet is allowed.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 3.000 TL is taken before the entrance to the villa. This damage deposit is returned to you after you exit the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide a pre-assurance in the name of the villa in case of any damage, fracture-loss, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 3.000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros in accordance with the current exchange rates.

Entrance and Exit: Each villa, new guests can enter as of 16:00 noon. Our guests departing at 10:00 in the morning should exit. The reason of this watch application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the arrival of our present guest. From 10:00 to the new entrance to be made at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specifically for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation services cannot be provided. The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport for our guests coming by air, please take this into consideration when buying your tickets. Our guests who ask for paid service for paid transfer or car rental can ask our sales consultants for support. For our future guests via land and their own vehicles, the location sending and directions are requested by us.
