Villa Yaprak

Villa Yaprak is a 3 bedroom rental villa located in Kalkan Kızıltaş. You can catch the most delightful shades of blue in Villa Yaprak, which hosts the sea view of Kalkan. It has a sheltered pool terrace. It has been carefully decorated with modern and comfortable furniture and you can have a pleasant holiday with your family and loved ones.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric kettle, 4-stove, dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, knife sets.

Living room: Sitting group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, washbasin and toilet.

1st Bedroom: One double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There is a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: One double bed, bedside table, bathroom and toilet use.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters x 4 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 1.500 TL is required for stays under 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Yaprak is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
