Villa Tunç 

Villa Tunç is located at the top of Kalkan's Kördere District and has a stone architecture. When you reach the scenery that will enchant you as you climb up; You can have a great time with its retro style decoration, wide ceiling living area and pleasant pool. It is one of the holiday rental villas where you can spend unforgettable times with your family, group of friends or for honeymoon holidays. For more crowded groups, you can rent the neighboring villas Villa Bakır and Villa Bronz together.

Kitchen : The spacious and bright American kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking sets, kitchen equipment and 8-person dinner set.

Living Room : The lounge, which has a view of the pool and the sea, has a sofa set, dining table for 4, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom : Two single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom : Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. It has a balcony with sea view.

3rd Bedroom : Double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. It leads to the balcony with sea view.

Pool Dimensions : 8.5 Meters X 4.5 Meters, 1.50 Meters deep.

​Note : A short stay fee of 4.500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit required for Villa Tunç is 7.500 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded on departure. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information : In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation : Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
