Villa Tomato

Villa Tomato is a 2-bedroom holiday villa with a capacity of 5 people, located in Kalkan Kınık Region, with its location in nature. Another feature of Villa Tomato is the use of special salt for the swimming pool, which is beneficial for our guests and children with sensitive skin. At the same time, the salt therapy room in our villa is a source of healing for asthma and respiratory patients. With the jacuzzi in the bedroom, you can relieve the tiredness of the busy work marathon and spend pleasant moments. The pool terrace and the garden part have been made conservative so that they are not visible from the outside. It is an ideal option for large families and honeymooners.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen section, there is an electric oven, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a stovetop, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator and a washing machine.

Living Room : The modern and comfortable living room has a dining table for 4 people, a seating group and an LCD TV.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 Double Bed, Air Conditioner, Wardrobe, Nightstand, Jacuzzi, Makeup Table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, 1 Single Bed, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe, Nightstand, Makeup Table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

Garden: barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, dining table, pergola.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 2000 TL is required for rentals of less than 7 nights.

The last 75 meters of the road leading to the villa is a steep slope.

Maintenance: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Tomato is 4.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time in each of our villas is determined as 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
