Villa Tokyo

The construction of Villa Tokyo was completed in 2021 in Sarıbelen village of Kaş, close to Kalkan. It is designed in such a way that the pool is not visible from the outside in the nature and has 2 bedrooms. Our villa, which can accommodate 5 people comfortably, is a very suitable option for honeymooners. In its large garden, there are billiards, table tennis and table football as an activity.

Kitchen: In the spacious and bright American kitchen, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, filter coffee machine, water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, It has a dinner set for 8 people and a washing machine. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the kitchen to the pool terrace.

Living Room: The living room, which has a view of the pool and nature, has a seating group, pool table, dining table for 4 people, satellite TV (LCD), wireless internet and air conditioning. There is a large glass sliding door that can be accessed from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioner, TV in the room. This room has a very large jacuzzi and a bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is one single bed and one double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet in the room. You can feel the mountain scent when you open the window from this room, which has a nature view.

Pool Dimensions: 12 meters X 4 meters, 1.55 meters deep.

Deposit Procedure: A damage deposit of 2.000 TL is required for Villa Tokyo before check-in. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 2000 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can enter each of our villas as of 16:00 at noon. Our guests who are going to check out should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the departure of our current guest. From the check-out at 10:00 to the new entrance at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest.

Transportation: Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport, please consider this when purchasing your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land and with their own vehicles, location transfer and directions are requested by us.
