Villa Tia

Villa Tia is built entirely of wood and is located in the village of Islamlar near Kalkan. You can relax in the large Jacuzzi in the bedroom and leave all the tiredness and stress of the year behind. 

You are completely protected from prying eyes in the outdoor and pool areas of the villa. The accommodation offers great views and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers.

Kitchen: Large, spacious and modern equipped American kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, kettle etc.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, TV, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, air conditioning, bathroom and WC.

NOTE: A short stay fee of 2.000 TL is requested for rentals of less than one week.

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of TL 1500 will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 16:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.

Transportation: The nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
