Villa Suel Kiziltas

Villa Suel Kızıltaş is a villa for rent with wooden architecture, located in Kalkan Kızıltaş Region. As indicated in the images, the villas in the site are positioned in such a way that they do not block each other's views. Each villa has a unique view of Kalkan. There is a master bathroom in the bedroom of the 1-bedroom villa, which can accommodate 2 people. The open kitchen and comfortable living room have been carefully designed for your comfort and peace. Private swimming pool and jacuzzi are sheltered and ideal for conservative families and honeymooners.
The owner of the villa takes care of the pool maintenance, garden maintenance and garbage of our villa.

Kitchen: The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for 4 people and kitchen utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a warm atmosphere and sea view has a seating group, plasma TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioner, sink, iron and ironing board, dining table for 6 people and a toilet.

1. Bedroom: The room with sea view has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 7 meters X 3.5 meters wide, 1.40 meters deep.

A short stay fee of 750 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Suel Kızıltaş is 1.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
