Villa Soho, Our villa, which offers a peaceful holiday opportunity in olive and pine trees, is located in Kalkan Akbel region. Villa Soho has a 1-bedroom accommodation for 2 people and is ideal for honeymooners and nuclear families. The interior of our villa has been designed in a modern and comfortable way and every detail has been carefully considered for you. Our villa, which is most demanded by those looking for a peaceful holiday in nature, is also highly appreciated for the facilities it offers. Offering an extra holiday experience to its guests with its sheltered pool terrace, garden furniture, jacuzzi, cinema room, table football and mini golf course, Villa Soho awaits you, our valued guests, for a unique holiday experience.

Kitchen :  A fully equipped modern American kitchen that can meet your every need: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, water dispenser, electric kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans. There are pan sets and glasses.

Living Room : The living room with a view, designed for your comfort, has a seating group, TV, air conditioner, coffee table, wifi . There is an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom : There is a double bed, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet .

Pool Dimensions : It is 10 meters X 4 meters wide and 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE : A short stay fee of 1.100 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure : For Villa Soho, a damage deposit of 2.500 TL is required before check-in. This damage deposit is returned to you after you leave the villa. The purpose of the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa against any damage, broken-down, loss and loss. Your payment, instead of 2.500 TL; It is possible to pay in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros equivalent to this amount based on current exchange rates.

Check-in and Check-out Information : New guests can check-in as of 16:00 in the afternoon. Our guests who are going to check out should check out at 10:00 in the morning. The reason for this clock application is that our special cleaning team is entering the villa with the departure of our current guest. From the check-out at 10:00 to the new entrance to be made at 16:00, our villa is completely cleaned specially for our new guest.

Transportation : Since our villas are completely detached villas, public transportation service cannot be provided. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport, please take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets. Our guests who request paid services for paid transfer or car rental can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who will come by land and with their own vehicles, location transfer and directions are requested by us.
