The construction of Villa Smith was completed in 2019 and it was carefully designed and decorated. It is a 3 bedroom luxury villa for rent located in Kördere, Kalkan. It has one of the most special views of Kalkan and hosts a panoramic view of the sea and islands. Villa Smith, where every detail is considered, includes a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, table football table and ice hockey. There are tables and chairs, barbecue, parasols and sun loungers on the large and spacious pool terrace. You can have a sheltered private swimming pool and an isolated holiday away from foreign eyes.Kitchen: Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner, oven, electric kettle, kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, pans and pots, 6-person table and chair, dinner set, cutlery in the American Kitchen. , water and tea glass set. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Hall: It has a wonderful sea view. The living room has a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, modem for internet, baby bed and high chair. There is an exit from the lounge to the pool side.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, dresser, jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe and air conditioning in the room. There is a bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: The room has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, dresser and air conditioning. There is a bathroom and a toilet.

NOTE : A cleaning fee of 3.000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Between 15 October and 15 May, 1.000 TL per day is requested when the heating fee is requested in other months, including the heating fee.

Underfloor heating costs 1.250 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for the villa is 5000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready at 16:00 to our new guests.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.
