Villa Shavi

Villa Shavi is a 1 bedroom 2 person villa located in Patara Waterside Mansion. Our villa was completed in 2020 and is located in a quiet location in the nature, completely away from the center, with sea views. It is designed for honeymoon couples and families of 2 people with its own unique design. Our stone crafted and authentic designed villa has en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi. Our villa has a private swimming pool and a garden terrace. It is located at 100 meters walking distance to the sea.

Hall: There is a seating group, air conditioning, TV, coffee table in the simple design hall. Exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Villa Shavi has a modern American kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, toaster, dining table, cutlery, cookware and pan sets, glasses.

Bedroom: Double suite bedroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi, indoor pool, bedside table, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink, and there is a transition from bedroom to pool terrace.

Pool and Garden: Pool dimensions are 10m x 3.5m depth 1.60m. The pool terrace has nature and sea views and there is a private swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols in the garden.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit price requested for the villa is 500 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is returned upon leaving the villa. There must be no damage, loss, loss or broken property in the villa during use according to the return conditions of the deposit. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on current exchange rates equivalent to the deposit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: The new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is 10.00 in each villa. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will prepare the villas carefully for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer the airline is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests providing transportation by private vehicle.
