Villa Rudi is located in the nature of Kalkan Islamlar Region, and its pool terrace and garden have been made conservative with fences. At the same time, there is a children's pool for our guests with children in the pool section and the front part of the swimming pool can be transformed into a conservative style with a screening system. The interior of Villa Rudi is designed with modern and comfortable furniture. There is a dining table and a barbecue in the pergola part of the pool terrace, designed for your dinner plans. It is an ideal option for nuclear families and honeymoon couples.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen section, it offers electric oven, electric kettle, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, large refrigerator and washing machine.

Living Room: In the modern and comfortable living room, there is a dining table for 4 people, a sitting group and an LCD TV.

1st Bedroom: 1 Double Bed, Air Condition, Wardrobe, Jacuzzi, Dresser, TV, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 Single Beds, Air Condition, Wardrobe, Dresser, TV, Make-up Table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: Width - 5 m | Length - 12 m | Depth - 1.70 cm

Garden: Sun loungers, dining table, barbecue, outdoor furniture, table football, sun umbrellas, private swimming pool.

NOTE : For accommodation of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 2000 TL is requested.

The stabilized road from the main road to our villa was constructed as concrete. However, there is a 100 - 150 meter gravel road.

Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day, in the morning or evening, by the staff who look at the villa.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Rudi is 3.000 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be returned when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
