Villa Pinky

Villa Pinky is located in the nature of 2 bedrooms and 4-person accommodation in Kalkan Akbel Region, and the interior has been designed as modern and comfortable, and all details have been considered for our guests. In addition, the pool terrace and garden are conservative, and there is a Turkish bath, sports field, movie theater and jacuzzi in our villa. Villa Pinky is an enjoyable and ideal holiday option for both our honeymoon couples and small nuclear families.

Kitchen : The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinner set for 6 people and kitchen utensils.

Living Room: The living room with a warm atmosphere and sea view has a seating group, plasma TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioner, sink, iron and ironing board, dining table for 6 people and a toilet.

1. Bedroom:  There is a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioner, jacuzzi and bath and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, hair dryer, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 9 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.55 meters deep.

NOTE :A short stay fee of 1500 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Pinky is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
