Villa Phi

Villa Phi, whose construction has just been completed in the summer season of 2021, is located in Kalkan Kızıltaş Region. Located in an area close to the city center, this luxury villa for rent is quite suitable for large groups of friends and large families. It has a magnificent architecture as well as the smell of brand new furniture that welcomes you when you enter the house. It has been carefully decorated with modern and luxurious items, and all details have been considered. It is among the most suitable choices for our guests who want to maximize their holiday pleasure. The interior is quite rich and includes a cinema room, gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna and many other features. Two bedrooms have bathtubs with sea views. Inside Villa Phi, there is a large and spacious pool terrace and an infinity pool that welcomes you when you go out. It also hosts the magnificent sea view of Kalkan. It has a BBQ and sitting area. You can spend pleasant moments in the relaxation pavilion that integrates with the infinity pool. When you move on to the outdoor terrace on the top floor, there is a mini bar and comfortable seating areas.

Kitchen : Fully equipped and furnished with the latest technology kitchen equipment in the Modern American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, oven, electric kettle, water dispenser, 4-burner stove, dinnerware for 6 people, pans, pots, Cutlery and knives are available.

Living Room: The sea view living room draws attention with its modern design and comfortable seating. In the living room, there is a seating group, satellite TV (LCD), air conditioning, dining table, sink and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the living room.

Pool Dimensions: 8 meters X 4 meters wide, 1.60 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: It is 5 meters X 2.5 meters wide and 1.20 meters deep.

A fee of GBP 200 per week is required upon request.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit fee requested for Villa Phi is 2.000 TL. The damage deposit is taken before you enter the villa and is refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss or broken goods in the villa during the usage period. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: The new guest check-in time for each of our villas is determined as 16.00 at noon and check-out time as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team will carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to transfer or rent a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer the airline, the closest airport is  Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests using private vehicles.
