Villa Patron Duo is a 2 bedroom rental conservative honeymoon villa located in Kalkan Yeşilköy Region. It has a magnificent sea view and has an infinity pool. It has been carefully designed with modern and comfortable items. With its sheltered pool terrace, Villa Patron Duo offers an isolated holiday away from foreign eyes. It has a heated indoor pool and sauna.

Kitchenware: American style kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-stove, kettle, 4-person dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, cutlery.

Living Room: Modern sitting group, coffee table, TV, TV unit, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Pool Dimensions: 10 meters x 4 meters, 1.50 meters deep.

Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3.5 Meters X 3.5 Meters, 90 cm deep. You have to pay 100 TL per day for pool heating.

NOTE: The weekly rental fee between April 01 and May 06 is 8.200 TL.

Weekly rental price between 16 October and 30 November is 9.700 TL.

Between 1 June and 30 September, the heating fee is 170 TL per day.

There is a short stay fee of 400 TL for stays of less than 7 nights.

Deposit Procedure: The deposit required for Villa Patron Duo is 700 TL. Damage deposit is taken prior to your entrance to the villa and will be refunded when you leave the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, the villa should not be damaged, lost, lost or broken during use. You can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros, based on the current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: In each villa, new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 noon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team prepares the villas for our other guests with care. Villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to pay a transfer or rent a car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer airline, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicles.
